Benjamin is a new cash-rewards platform for consumers, merchants and gamers to earn cash, called Benjamin Money Moments, by completing daily tasks, playing casual games, viewing content and ads, and making everyday card purchases with cash back. Key Responsibilities: Lead and guide the team through parallel feature development work and refactoring while supporting business and tech needs. Define and execute architectural changes needed to support massive scale. Coach and mentor colleagues to foster professional growth. Implement new features with the team and contribute to daily development activities. Qualifications: 3+ years of experience developing Flutter apps. Hands-on experience with Flutter widgets, including building custom widgets, state management, animation framework, and native Android/iOS plugins. Strong communication skills with both business and technical stakeholders. Ideal Candidate: Has shipped Flutter app(s) that serve 100k+ customers. Can balance between business and technical needs to drive the team to make better decisions. Loves startups and wants to be part of building big things which others talk about.
